Versions of Maple

Here are a couple of maple bowls ... one I have been working on awhile ... the other is a first.

I havent done a "open edge" -- "pucker" bowl before, its about 7" diameter x 2.5" deep, finished with BLO + lacquer

The other is a large salad bowl .... its about 13" diameter x 5.5" deep...

Cool! The salad bowl looks kinda like it has fusion plates like a skull on it. I also like the huge feature on the side of the other one. Nice work!

2 very nice bowls. Don't look like the first would hold much soup though. LOL.:biggrin:
