I was in the shop this morning.... I was going to clean up a bit but the lathe was calling my name. I tool a maple blank that I picked up at Woodcraft and tried my hand at a spinning top. It a little crude and does not have any finish but I have to say I like it. Our grandkids came over today to visit for a while and they loved playing with it.
