I gaze at all the beautiful pens on here and have to wonder how many people out there have purchased a storage unit and didn't think twice when they came across of a box of someones hard working pens. I will never look at a pen the same . I will have to tuck away a block of burl wood some day I just might give it it a try. It reminds me when I was a little girl, watching my grandfather lean against the old barn with his leg propped up and his boot flat against the barn as his pocket knife sliced off shavings of wood as they flew up in the air hitting the grown making me little wooding objects. I can picture other children looking up at a family member asking a mouth full of questions as they watch a pen being made .
