I had to re-vamp the cash wrap where I work and this is what I came up with. The letters are 3/4" ply and the frame is made of 2x4s. The overall dimention of the sign is 6'x15'. I coated the whole thing in 1/2" mortar repair concrete made for vertical applications and high tensile strength for thin pours.
