Last week we had a 'Church for men Sunday' with the emphasis on Bow Hunting. A gentleman in the church who owns a bow shop decked out the auditorium with everything 'Bow & Hunting.'

I wanted to thank him for what he did so I made this shadow box for him with two very old arrow heads.

The wood is paduak and maple. I used decal material to label the arrows. Lexan is the 'glass.'

Nice work. It is always great to see turners do flat work to. I started out just doing flat work for many years. Then started to do turnings, amazing how turning helped you look at flat work in a different way. I would have never been exposed to the many woods out there, if it were not for turning. I am sure your friend will appreciate what you have done for him. Carl
