Segmented Vase

This is my very first segmented vase. It has 14 rings with 12 segments each ring. The feature ring has 120 pieces in it. There is a total of 289 pieces in the vase. It's about 14 inches tall and just over 9 inches in diameter. It is made of cherry and maple with a friction polish finish. The photo is not the greatest it's too big to photo in my light box so I snapped this pic with my phone.

Thanks! It probably took me about 30 hours of work. I used rough material, milled it and had a little problem with finishing had to sand off and redo. This being my first work of this type I was very slow next time could do it in much less time.
