I have one and love it. I am new to scrolling. Had a 16" Craftsman before. The upgrade to the Delta improved my scrolling by a factor of 10. It is wonderful.

After the responses here (much appreciated), I went to check out this saw. The seller was an honest man and original owner. The saw had only six hours use total. We settled at $180, and the saw is sitting in my shop. I think it is a good deal, and it seems to be a very capable saw with easy blade change. Glen, you asked is it type 1 or 2. It is a "2". I am just curious what is the significance in that question? Thanks

Steve

On the site that I linked to for the parts drawings there are two different types a model 1 and model 2 I have no idea what the difference is but generally it is a redesign so that there are physical differences between the two enough to con fuse people trying to fix something sort of like the revisions the software goes thru, sometimes you wouldn't know its the same thing!
