Remember my urgent need?

I was working on an order for some platinum cigars in Auburn colors from a customer in Alabama when he emailed me and asked if I had any light blue, black and white stuff because he wanted two more pens. I didn't, and didn't have time to order any either. But I did have some black & white swirl and light blue scrap about 9" long. I took the two pieces and made one blank. This is one of the resulting pens. The other will be a platinum Sierra since there isn't enough left for another cigar.

Nice Billy...but I am lost how you made one blank from the two. [?]

Thanks, Dario, but it wasn't two blanks. It was two scrap pieces, both about 9" long. One was about 1/2" wide, the other about 1/4". I angle cut the length of the wider one and sandwiched in the narrower giving me a 3/4" sq X 9" blank. []
