Red Malle Bowl

After seeing Nolan's bowl , decided to go and turn one of my red malle burls. It was challenging but the end result was worth it. Comments welcome

That's pretty impressive, to me anyways, who can hardly turn a bowl. Was it off balance the whole time?

I have a few red malle pieces that have been sitting around waiting for me to be inspired. Nolan and you have cranked up my inspiration barometer. Do you think you could take a few more pictures (a little close more close-up) and post them? I'd like to see how you worked the wood.
