Question about metal lathe

Would I be able to cut a multistart thread (like for fountain pen caps) with this lathe? It is about 26 inches long and looks to have a 5 or 6 inch swing. I know nothing of metal lathes, but I’ve been wanting to create my own pen parts for some time now.

For threading you would need some way to change the ratio that the lead screw turns in relation to the spindle. I do not see that unless it is out of the picture left.
