PSI Shaving kit issue

I am having an issue with the deluxe shaving kit from PSI. The shaving stands 7mm tube has an inside measurement of 6.25mm but the stand "bolts" to screw everything together and have to fit into the tube have an outside measurement of 6.40mm. Obviously the stand won't go together like this as the stand bolts won't seat into the tube end of the blank. This is not an issue of glue in the tube as I am still in the dry fit stage of making this stand, brush, and razor. Anybody else have this issue or have a fix?

I've done several of these and have not had that problem.

Disregard: I think I see the issue. My brain got in the way. Obviously there should be a slight difference so when I put them together on the press there will be a "locking" snug fit. My apologies, thinking to much is usually not a problem. It has been one of those days.
