My PM 3520 slows down while operating it with no load on it. If I tap the control box on the back it jumps back up to speed but soon does it again. Called a tech guy at PM and he had me take the cover off of the box and blow it out. Did but it's doing it again. Anyone else and any solutions? thanks.
