PM3520 Steady rests

A couple of friends and I got together to make steady rests for our lathes. Since we each have the same model lathe it was easy to make multiple.

The 10 o'clock arm is adjustable so it can be moved out of the way of any hollowing tool lasers.

Unfortunately it hasn't helped turn the 4x4 I wanted to make round....

Since these pictures were taken they have have had notches added so they can get closer to the headstock without removing the cage, then they were sand blasted and painted gloss black, leaving the wheel-arms as "polished" metal.
