Pizza Peel & Cutter

Dad and I have been busy in the workshop. We are giving these out as gifts for the family this Christmas. They are both made from walnut and hard maple. Dad made the pizza peel and did the inlay work for the celtic knot on the pizza cutter handle. I turned and finished the handle on my lathe. We have a total of 10 to make!

Very nice! I like them both. On the peel at the handle, is that just a biscut joint or something?

Thanks! There is a spline that goes 3/4" into each piece and runs the entire radius of the curve.
