My sons daycare has a Lego table that he just loves and plays with every chance he gets. I looked them up and they are in the 100's so I decided to build him one.

Material List:

1x6 pine
1/2" plywood
1/4" MDF
4x4 pine (legs)
1 5/8" wood screws
2" lag bolts (a bit overboard, I know lol)
6- 10x10" Lego flats
Wood glue and some brad nailer staples

And about 4 hours time.

Total it is 19" H x 21" W x 36" L

What do you think?

looks great it will last for a long time too. As for legos, my sister and my brother-in-law still play with them, their wedding pen set is partially made of them. So yes legos can provide years of enjoyment.
