Pen kit help

I need a rollerball kit that will accept the Mont Blanc Le Grand refill, and that has a nib that's as close to the diameter of the body as possible.

I think you will need to either make the components yourself or have a machine shop make them. The diameter of that refill is too large for any of the standard nose cone sections ('nib' section). The Havana is the only one that I found in which the body of the refill would even partially fit. However, it bottomed out well short of exposing the writing tip. Drilling the nose cone shoulder area to the correct diameter and depth (so the refill would properly fit) resulted in blowing out the end (i.e. the nose cone simply is not long enough and wide enough to accommodate the increased diameter of the refill).
