Pen certificates

just wondering do any of you know where i can get some printed pen certificates from or has anyone got a templet they know of ???

I mean a certificate with a serial number , the materials used , type of pen etc

I supply a card with the info required to change the refill properly. I have a different card for cigars, sierras, flat tops, etc.
I find that most customers don't really care what the material is.
I use Avery business card stock and just print them out on my inkjet

I also make my own. I use the free Avery software and print information cards on business card stock available at any office supply store.
