Paypal SPAM alert!

I have received 2 emails this past week that look very much like a paypal e-mail. It says I made a payment, which I didn't make. I won't repost email, but it has links inside, which should you get this type of email, I strongly reccomend you don't click on. Log on to paypal directly! The first give-a-way for me was this came through an email which is not my paypal email.

Richard - It is always best to forward a copy of all emails like this to spoof@paypal.com They will let you know if it is a fraudulent email and it alerts them of what to be on the lookout for to curb it.

I had a slightly different issue. Went on timberbits website, got my order together. Went to pay with paypal and it asked to"reconfirm my credit card number". Went directly to the paypal website and it does not ask for credit card info. Needless to say I did not place the order.
