Padauk Box - Finished

I posted this padauk box before the finished was applied. Had a few humidity free days and was able to get a few coats of poly on.

WOW!!! The colors really come alive. The finish causes a 3D effect in the grain. I am very pleased with this first box attempt.

See Tim, the finish does make a difference. Wow, The grain jumps out now. Good job on the box and finish.

Beautiful box, Tim. That little bit of sapwood on the corner really adds character. Nicely done.
