One Of My Favorite Designs

Of all the different designs I make , this one has always been my favorite so far . It does involve extra cutting and gluing up of the board but no problem getting the extra ten bucks to cover that . This was made from a glued up flat board that measured 5/8" thick on my ruler and when setting the angle for the cuts I seem to remember it was around 0.6270 in thousands of an inch .

Just finished this one off half an hour ago .

I got a nice contact from a private source of a variety of a bunch of beautiful multi color pieces of exotic woods so when that arrives next week I will make some more bowls in this same design because even though priced higher , they do sell good . Still have to make lots of plain ones though . Different styles to suit different budgets .
