So, after watching "Son of Skew" for the 2nd or 3rd time and being fascinated with tops, I had some wood left over from a couple of other project and made this. The disc is Satine and is about 1.75" in diameter and slightly dished. The top is Bocote and is 7/8" high and 5/8" round. The top is spinning so it's out of focus. Making tops this size isn't easy and I want to make smaller ones. A good skew excercise.
