new Rikon lathe

Has anyone seen the Rikon lathe in the new wood craft flyer ? What is your opinion ?

I've seen it but not used it. Looks solid. If I was in the market, I'd look at it for sure.

The new Rikon lathe spec's look really good! My first lathe was a Rikon VS and I loved it... I switched to the larger and heavier Jet 1221VS as it was heavier and had more options (i.e.; reverse, 24 lock positions, slower speed, etc.) but certainly would have purchased the Rikon if it was available at the time. Jet is a great lathe, but for the buck, Rikon is as good a lathe, if not better! Don't take me wrong, I love my Jet 1221VS also, but will certainly look at Rikon before I move up to a larger Jet...

I am looking to upgrade from the Jet 1014. I'm gonna head over to Woodcraft tomorrow to check this out.
