Need wood source near Bristol Tn.

I know this forum will have just what I need!!! Thank you in advance!!!!

I will be in Bluff City (Bristol, TN) area next week July 13-17,08

I need a source for local species logs (8"-20" Dia X 24"-36' Length)
for bowls.

only can haul a couple (small trunk...ie: Ford Tarus)

You will have a tough time getting a 36' log in the trunk of your Ford.

Call some local tree services. They may be willing to sell you some short pieces. If you tell them you are a missionary, the might give it to you.
