My first knife making project

Started off simple using a manufactured blade and shaping the scales to match. Stabilized Box Elder Burl. No finish. Next time, maybe some file-work on the spine, then who knows, maybe someday I'll make my own blade.

Thanks everyone. This was a fun little project, I'll probably make a few more over time, but doubt that this will be a new major project area for me. I'll probably try out file-work on the spine, and make my own blade once just to do it. I also want to do a hidden tang style and maybe a folder or two.
