Looking for a blank similar to this...

I've been asked if I can make a pen out of similar material to the Conway Stewart Belliver pen seen below.

Does anyone know a blank that would do the trick? I've been searching acrylic blanks all morning but not finding anything with both white and red ribbons. Blue with white ribbons are everywhere it seems.

Thanks Shawn. That's the closest I've seen so far.

My have to order a stick or two and see what it looks like rounded out.

Well drats.

Ordered 4 sticks of the Blue Monday to get a good sampling. They had nice red and white markings on the outside, but once then went round, all of the red went away from all 4 blanks and I ended up with just a blue with white ribbon. Can't figure out whey they had any red showing to begin with.

Has anyone else seen a similar material?

Unfortunately that's my experience with those blanks, they are hit and miss. You may have had better luck ordering 4 samples from different vendors...

I was at Wizard's house on Sunday - he had pen he turned out of similar material. Send him a PM to see if he remembers where he got it.
