Longwood pen kits

I just discovered the PSI longwood pen kits. I don't care to much for PSI kits but these Longwood style seem to provide more design space with the longer top barrel. I much prefer to use a short piece of wood for the lower barrel than the black rubber piece that comes with the kits. The top one is purple heart and yellow heart, the middle is bocote and yellow heart and the bottom is holly and red heart with holly, yellow heart and red heart plugs.

Wow ! ! , those are great.
Neat trick with the contrasting plugs in the bottom one. I wonder how many of us are going to try that now. Thanks for sharing.

How long is the bottom tube and what kind of refill does it take?
Is it a 7 mm pen?
Mea Culpa! Mea Culpa! Mea Culpa!I certainly meant to compliment you on the striking designs.
I was trying to figure out what type of refill they took.
Could you post a normal or modified slimline in the picture to get an idea of scale?
