Jr. Statesmen II end cap

Does anyone know if the inset on the Jr. Statesmen II can be punched out? If so, anyone know what size hole is left?

I have a really odd request for a custom tip on a Jr. Statesmen II and am trying to decide if I want to mess with it or not.

If memory serves, its about 3mm give or take.

I made a jig to remove the CB on a Gent., you can do basically the same thing on the end cap and punch it out. It SHOULD work on the Statesman.
