Joe Ferrante -- This Old House

I received the recent issue of This Old House. I was shocked to find out that Joe Ferrante had a heart attack while working on the Newton MA project on November 9. He died on the way to a hospital. The full story is on page 113 of the January / February 2008 issue.

In this case lead does not refer to the material. It refers to him being the head or principle contractor for tile projects.

He was a young guy too. Probably one of the younger on the show. Guess thats what fame will do to you. Glad I never pursued my film career.
