Hi All,
Question, are all drops of MEKP the same size regardless of the size of the hole in the tube? Is it based on the viscosity of the fluid or the size of the opening or both?

Both. But if you use the hole that comes with the dispenser and hold the tube exactly vertical each drop should end up being exactly the same.

If the hole is dependent on how you cut the top... That would explain why they say you should "determine the correct mixture by trial". That and ambient heat/humidity affects it.

The tube came with a flat top with a little indent where you should poke a hole through. So the hole is any size you make it depending on the tool you use to poke it with. So that would make it trial and error. Great start for a newbie, I already have to do math.[:)][:)][:)]
