Hello,
By now most of us have seen CSUSA's soft touch stylus. Well, i have an idea that involves something like this, but larger than the stranded slimline size. I have quite a bit of conductive foam for a tip, and want to machine some kind of end cap from aluminum. Any ideas on how to do this? Basically I need to make a final to hold a clip in place and hold the foam on the end.

EDIT: I can basically make it any size it needs to be, up to around1/2 inch.
