Hello everyone I am a new member to the forum, although I do belong to PTP as well. I have been turning for about 2 years now and really enjoy the hobby, I figured it's time I started pushing myself further and this forum definitely has the membership and knowledge to help me as I do. Below is a picture of some of my work.

Welcome to a great forum with alot of great people and knowledge.
Looks like walnut and maple to me, always a nice combo, looks good with the hardware, great job. But, i'm just not a fan of the "swelled belly" look, thats just me and my .02 cents worth, minus the taxes of corse. Although i did make my share of them when i started.

Ya, came out a tad fatter than I would have liked but it was for a friend who liked it like that so I won't complain. And yes PTP is just what I call pen turners paradise, sorry for any confusion.

As long as the customer likes it, thats all that matters.
Does'nt matter what we as turners like. :biggrin:
