Make that AWESOME!
The bearings on my two year old Jet lathe started to make some grinding noises so I figured it was time to replace.
The warranty card in my manual says 1-year... And I had no problem paying for the parts (about $40 + shipping)
Spoke to a C/S rep there named Dave, and without any questions other than model # and Serial #, he's sending me out a new set of bearings. No charge.
He was as nice as could be on the phone.
Chalk up one really happy customer, and a GUARANTEE that the next major tool purchase I make will be from their line!
