However, it is also used to caution against unfavorable conditions such as:

Danger! This contest may consume inordinate amounts of time and prevent you from completing a more worthwhile pursuit such as the Limited Modification Kit Pen contest!

OR

Warning!! Repetitive exposure to shameless contest promotion may result in bleeding eyes and possible vision loss! Save yourself the possible health risks by completing a 7mm kit pen and leave the IAP searching to trained professionals!!!

The exclamation is also used to designate desperation. For example:

Please, Please, Please notice me!

Come to my contest, I need to feel wanted!

You get the idea? :rotfl:

Or even worse when they use it with Screaming Caps-Lock:

HEY!!! LOOK AT ME!!!! Someone put MY FACE on a pen!!!! And entered it in a CONTEST!!!

But now they can't do THIS with it!!!
