I'm sure this has been addressed many times, but is there an easy way to glue the tubes when making a lot of pens. Is there a device which will coat the inside of the blank with thick CA glue? This one thing seems to be the most time consuming of the entire process.

Normally I would not be in a hurry, but I am in the process of making a pen of each of the species I carry, as many have never seen them before. This is over 60 pens, and like everything else I do, I am obsessed wtih getting them done as quickly as I can.

Any and all suggestions are appreciated (except to slow down and smell the roses (grin)). Pictures work well too.

Thanks.

Plug the tubes and coat the inside of the blank with glue at one end,
Push the tube in.Glue onthe tubes is optional though I do it.
You take a little more time plugging the tubes with wax or potato but the gluing is more accurate better glue coverage, less blow outs.
You might consider making fewer types of pens.[:D]
