Using the name on the lure, it looks like it was made by Xonex pens but I couldn't find it in their novelty pen section.

Andrew K99 hit the nail on the head. This pen was given to me by my mother-in-law whose husband and son are avid fishermen. Mac passed away and Mike has his own pen.
I did not make the pen :frown: but it sure gave me ideas on purchasing lures and modifying them. Oh wait, we are Craftsmen, aren't we. We don't hijack other products and pretend they are our own, do we? That is part of the code of conduct I signed when allowed to be a IAP member.
