This is my first one ever. Been contemplating making
one for about 3 months and finally said the heck with it.
Nothing ventured yada, yada. Well here it is. Cocobolo
with 4 coats of Spray Lacquer. Enjoy

Thank You all for the kind words.
Actually it was a lot easier than I though it would be.
The Brush handle was the most difficult and it really
wasn't that hard to do. It was a Boogered up (Southern word lol)
bottle stopper that I couldn't bring myself to throw away.

Looks good. I have one waiting to be turned.

One question, I see you used lacquer to finish it. Was that a decision based on its use or just your preference? Would a CA finish hold up on something that gets wet?

Thank You. To answer your question I use lacquer to finish just about everything. I
Tried CA but I just didn't care for it. It was Hit or miss with me. It only turned out acceptable to me about 50% of the time.
