Finishing "Colour Explosion Blanks"

Hey, ive recently got into acrylics instead of wood and I bought some of this stuff (links below) and i tried turning some but my normal sanding to 12000 doesn't leave it with a shinny finish like most acrylics would. so i was wondering has anyone turned these and what do you use?

I use the Beale buffing wheels, and it shines it up real nice (got mine at Lee Valley).

Possibly KJP Select Hardwoods Online Shopping Store since they are in Canada. Shipping will always be much higher from other countries.
