Just curious if anyone knows of Cindy Drozdas business. She makes fantastic finials so I visited her web site and ordered one of her gouges last Friday (25th). Ive gotten no email notices that order has been received and nothing saying the order has shipped. So, starting yesterday (or Monday?) I have sent two emails to her and left one voice message to check on the status of the order. No response. Anyone have any information or dealings with her. Maybe she is having health issues, out of town, gone out of business...?
Before I go through the pain of putting the order in dispute with PayPal I thought I would see if anyone has information on her. Hoping there is a logical explanation rather than jumping to conclusions. Maybe I just need to be more patient? Thanks
