Anthony T's resin got me to thinking I would try my double CE idea again. It was a real chore gettting the cap, that is the third try. I rigged up my own jig for turning them as I couldn't find a pin chuck or expansion chuck that would fit the gent and certainly not the cap.

I also tried my scanner for the pics, sorry about the blurry shots, I am just going to have to get a light booth and do it right some day.

<br />Nice work, your perseverance paid off handsomely. I just ordered a piece of turquoise Trustone, and tips on turning it?

Chris

I have a piece that I haven't turned yet, but one thing I have discovered, is that the different TruStones turn differently. [;)] The Asian Pink Coral turns like butter, and the Lapis (drool) is hard as a rock, pardon the pun.
