For those of you who do craft fairs or "show to sell" you pens, do you separate your average selling pens from your high-end pens? I know this may mean different to different turners here, and I certainly don't want to sound poor, but I was just wondering.
Also, if you do, I would love to see your displays.

Higher Prices = Higher Places

Generally I set up a U shape display allowing customers to "come into" my display. I stay on the outside of the U mainly behind the back table.

My answer is higher price pens are elevated on 6-8 inch stands where I can see them. Lower price pens are boxed on the tables. I've never had a pen disappear but I wouldn't feel as bad if a slimline went missing.

Big festivals and street fairs I also recruit some help.

John :)

We typically setup by the type of pen and some general category within them. So on one table are most of the ballpoints and those are broken up into cross vs parker and then roughly grouped by price point or type so I can quickly reach or find what I'm looking for during a discussion.

Then on the other table we setup roller and fountain.
