So the moral here is don't make your cigar pens TOO realistic? :biggrin:
Not too likely that the band on a pen would be confused for a cigar...also it can be a case of - no harm, no foul. Courts are not likely to be very sympathetic with tobacco products, particularily if they go to a jury.
