Carbon Fiber Blank Needed

I need a carbon fiber blank for a JR. Statesman. I've checked exotic blanks the're site says currently not availble. PSI sell a 7mm, 8mm, 10mm, and I dont know which one of those to buy.
Can someone help this is a gift for my son's graduation next month.
