Here is a little box (maple) I did at the Bonnie Klein workshop yesterday, called threaded lidded boxes. Now I need more tools.

Your box is really nice. Did she make acrylic boxes in this class? Did you use her threading attachment? She invented it and it is really cool. I have attended several demonstrations of hers and she is really a great presenter. It must have been great to take a class with her.

Sounds like it was a great class to take and your box turned out great, Lin!

I met her once at an ornamental turning get-together at John Magill's place in Washington. She's a wonderful lady.

Yes she did the acrylic box at our guild meeting on the Sat and we got to use the jig in our class on the Mon. That system cuts really nice threads in wood.
