Black Onyx Letter Opener

Made this letter opener today from Black Onyx TruStone. The kit is from PSI. Sanded through 400, MM through 12000, then plastic polish, then found the tiniest chip which of course stands out like a sore thumb on black. Had to resand and and start the process over... the finished product was worth it though I think. This was a fun project to do.

I always liked black Onxy, but yours is superbly done. Was the self portrait in the handle nub on purpose? You know, enquireing minds and all that stuff.
