Are the Berea and CSUSA sketch pencils pretty much the same?

I don't want to start a fight, I want to find out from people who have experience with both kits.

Carried the CSUSA version in my box for years and never sold one. My last two customers bought three. Now that I am out, I want to restock with the best one available.
