Now that the household stuff is unpacked and sorta-kinda put away, I was able to finish setting up the shop again... turned this slimline just to try and work out some bugs... not too bad, but need to move the drill press and mount the pen press.... uhh... stuff like that [:p]

Some may find the wasp shape to be a little over the top. But I have sold some of them. To be honest, the more I turn pens, the straighter they get. I used to turn a lot of unique shapes and get all "creative". I'm realizing that simple is safe, and easier to sell. At least when it comes to my customers. But what do I know, I have 3 customers. [:)][:)]

Hey Mark, I just went and took a look in your photo album. Now I remember you posting the "Crazy Pen" a while back. You like the wild shapes. And if it works for you, more power to you. You have some very creative work in the album. This one also, BlackAccented2.jpg . Quite a piece. Nice finishes too.
