A Little Different Bottom Detail

Tried something a little different for the inside bottom of this one . This is only a 7" bowl so will probably try that effect again on a larger scale .
I took an up close macro picture of the effect on the inside bottom .

The macro shot a few inches away from the inside bottom plus the glare from the lighting and gloss finish in the second picture created some confusion on my Woodworking Friends site so I took another picture under different lighting to put it more into perspective

I'm going to try one of your style of bowls one of these days soon... I'll have to figure out a way to do it on the lathe though, don't have and no plans to buy a ringmaster... they do make from some interesting bowls..... love the detail in the bottom of this one.
