well it finally got warm enough to start casting and I've already picked up some resin and some molds from Ptownsubbie so now hopefully my blanks will look alot better than this shape wise. but i casted these up last week, and I'm very happy with the results

left slab is 4 color, right slab is 5 color first closeup is from left slab, and the second is from the right slab

comments/criticisms welcome

I especially like the looks of the one in the next to last photo.
When using that many different colors can you describe how and when you introduce them together in the mix? Do you mix several together initially and then add the other as it starts to gel?
Did you have the camera rolling? :wink::)

nope sorry no camera this time.
i mixed them right when i could detect just a little thickening, experiment to find the point where the colors blend and where they stay separate to find this, it allows bubble free casting of many colors, but it also has sort of a different look to it
