This is a ZigZag twist pen in chrome and satin chrome, from Woodcraft. Woodcraft no longer sells them, but I believe it's the Blossom kit from Berea. The wood is unknown to me, but might be some sort of mahogany. Looks like I slightly overturned it at the tip, but it's not too bad. The finish is Mylands.
