This is a Lava Explosion blank called Yuletide, from Exotic Blanks. I won't assemble the pen until after I engrave it. But I wanted to show off the finished blank since it's so spectacular. Very, very messy to turn, thank God for shopvacs! I finished it with my normal regimen: 220-600 sandpaper wet; six grades of MicroMesh wet; Meguiar's 105 and 205. It polished up very nicely.
